Power Discrete product series includes Trench MOS, SGT, Super Junction, IGBT, etc. It covers low, medium and high voltages from 12V to 1700V. Logic and Analog IC (Power IC) products provide global customers with universal semiconductor and deeply customized solutions.

Wingskysemi has the industry leading technology moat advantage with customized back sealing & extension process ability can be adapted to different customers' product applications; The auxiliary process can improve the current density, switching speed, surge capacity and reduce the manufacturing cost. The unique single-body high-power scheme of wingskysemi can improve the reliability of products; The feature backside wafer process allows precise adjustment of wafer warping during production with a maximum wafer thickness of only 50um.
